Prepare and develop detailed drawings and layouts for building services using AutoCAD, including Electrical, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Protection systems.
Produce schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, arrangement drawings and construction drawings in accordance with project requirements.
Coordinate closely with the Engineering team to ensure designs and drawings are executed in compliance with specifications and project standards.
Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, vendor changes and project modifications, and prepare accurate As-Built Drawings.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant electrical standards, local regulations, codes of practice and authority requirements.
Attend technical meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
