The MCIP (Material Cost Improvement Process) Lead Coordinator Europe will play a critical role in reducing material costs at Aptiv. This position requires a hands-on leader who is skilled in cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization to drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality or performance. Lead the development and execution of the Material Cost Improvement Process (MCIP) for Europe and meet annual cost reduction targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance, to identify cost-reduction opportunities and implement solutions.
