Johnathan Academy is seeking experienced British Columbia-certified teachers in mathematics and science courses. Candidates must have demonstrated success in Pre-Calculus 11, Calculus 12, Chemistry or Physics.

Required qualifications

• A British Columbia teaching certification or in process
• A high proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
• Certification to teach in another province will be considered if the applicant has begun the process of applying to the BC Ministry of Education’s Teacher Certification Branch.
• Applicants without a Canadian teaching certification are not eligible to apply.

Also preferred

• Familiarity with AP, IB and SAT programs
