Initiate and monitor orders and material requirements needed to support internal customers.
Manage part allocation, material flow and shortage management.
Manage safety stock levels.
Stock transfers / interplant transfers.
Resolve delivery risks in supply chain by sourcing from alternate suppliers.
Support annual inventory count.
Understand the production schedule and communicate within the supply chain organization for impacts to schedule.
Work within the SAP system to continually search for opportunities to enhance the production and supply chain process using a variety of problem‑solving techniques.
Interface with Finance, Operations, Quality and Engineering to support integrated value stream reporting and solutions.
Lead and participate in material allocation priority decisions on critical parts.
