Purpose: Responsible for monitoring and driving material needs for Systems Integration Department (SID). Mitigate any risk to deliveries and provide timely escalations to the Sales & Program Team to deploy and coordinate resources to meet committed delivery (based on project monitoring).
Key Area of Responsibilities: - Plan overall materials and Assembly operations to meet PCDs in Baan are key to identifying bottlenecks thereby mitigating the risk to missed committed dates for order completion.
- Execute Project Closing once Sales Orders (S/O) have been maintained for Finance to begin accounting process.
- Facilitate Return Material Authorization (RMA) orders from customer to address warranty claims or refurbished orders.
