Ensure the accurate and timely movement of air freight to- and from specific locations within the service standards agreed with the Customer in compliance to country’s requirement.
Handle all Customer / Vendor facing communication and shipment related internal communication between/with DSV stakeholders
Provide Customers with proactive exception management in case of service quality deviations including follow-up and problem resolution
Generate Invoice and verify cost accrual are for all shipment related charges within KPI timeline.
Participate in ad-hoc projects related to business process improvement (Internal and External).
Perform value-added task within the scope of the function to meet customer requirements and changes made in the operations process.
Ensure all customs permit declaration are in compliance with Singapore Customs Regulations and Procedures.
