**Job Description**

Cintas is seeking a Mat Builder. The Mat Builder will be using carpet and rubber materials to assemble a variety of industrial mats. Monitoring placement of rubber base sheets and cut carpet onto molds, and building mat prior to entering press for curing. Mats are built by manufacturing standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

+ Inspect rubber and carpet placement on the mold and make sure no delays on the line.
+ Communicate to the CEO any issues related to the building process and make adjustments to ensure the product meets the spec.
+ When automation is not used on the line, lay base sheets of rubber onto molds, lay carpet on base sheets and apply rubber edge strips to carpet and base sheet. Add top and back customer labels, RFID chips.
+ Prepare molds for the next run.
