Job Description:
- Conduct surveys and analyses of buildings, sites, and surrounding environments
- Assess environmental impact and analyze affected areas
- Develop masterplans for area development aligned with user needs, company objectives, regulatory requirements, and environmental conditions
- Create visualizations, conceptual designs, and masterplan proposals
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to execute development projects within defined scope
- Coordinate with designers and stakeholders on land use planning and building zoning
- Drive development, innovation, and evaluation efforts to support sustainable environmental planning, while staying up to date with emerging knowledge, technologies, and global trends
