Your role This position is responsible for preparing photomask data that meets IC design requirements and fab equipment/process needs for photomask fabrication. The role translates customer requirements into a robust photomask solution suitable for wafer manufacturing.
- Perform photomask data preparation.
- Use commercial CAD/EDA and in‑house software on Linux (e.g. GDSReticle, CATS, Calibre, Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics and other data‑processing tools).
- Extract photomask data and generate reports to support downstream process recipe automation.
- Actively contribute to technical projects, working closely with engineers from other departments.
