The Marketing Supervisor leads the development, implementation, and profitable growth of products, services and marketing initiatives in the Philippines and leads the marketing function locally. This role translates business and commercial priorities into effective marketing strategies and on‑ground execution, ensuring strong alignment with Sales and Operations. The Marketing Supervisor works closely with Sales teams and customers to develop competitive, customer‑centric solutions, drives strategic and tactical marketing programs, and leads in‑country execution of strategic projects. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, with responsibility for developing and guiding a team of marketing analysts.
