Job Description

The Marketing Manager is Chamba77's acquisition and brand authority lead. This role owns the integrated SEO + SMS acquisition engine – the two primary organic and direct-response channels targeting the Philippine iGaming market – aligned to the singular objective of crossing the ₱45M GGR/month MGF threshold as fast as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integrated SEO + SMS acquisition strategy; set quarterly growth targets aligned to GGR objectives
• Lead and coordinate SEO Lead, SMS Strategy Lead, Campaign Sync Coordinator, and channel specialists (6–8 reports)
• Maintain the joint SEO–SMS content calendar; ensure cross-channel message consistency
• Brief leadership weekly on acquisition KPIs: FTDs, CPA by channel, D30 LTV contribution
