MARKETING MANAGER
This role is a senior, hands-on Marketing Manager position with ownership of CRM, digital performance marketing, and cross-functional campaign delivery, reporting to the Sales Director DTC (initially directly to CEO). Operating within a fast-growing startup environment, the Marketing Manager will combine strategic planning with day-to-day execution, working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive growth, improve customer engagement, and ensure the effective delivery of integrated marketing initiatives.
