Roles and Responsibilities:
Marketing Ops leads align to marketing leaders, operating as an extension to their leadership teams thereby allowing them to intimately understand the challenges the business faces.
The Marketing Ops role comprises ownership of resource management (Headcount & Budgeting), coordinating internal and external (to stakeholders) rhythm of the business, and intra-org planning.
Importantly, capacity is reserved to support the marketing leader on new challenges that arise, such as appraising investments or their org design.
