Your main responsibilities :
To increase knowledge of and develop our clients
• To assist in setting up and monitoring client analysis on a regular basis.
• To ensure the quality of the client database.
• To follow up on the relevant clienteling tools with Managers and Fashion Advisors.
• To provide feedback after communication campaigns.
To develop marketing activity in the boutique
• To share the CRM tools with the team and communicate the relevant guidelines.
• To track diligently the CRM budget lines of the boutique.
To monitor and drive the Client experience of the Boutique’s clients
• To represent and embody the House ambition of being the Ultimate House of Luxury.
• To support the team in organizing personalized client treatments and one-to-one appointments.
