Job Title: Marketing Director Fine Fragrance Experience

Location: Dubai UAE

In this role you will lead the regional management of Marketing and Consumer Insights. This includes but is not limited to regional responsibility to grow the business and profitability by ensuring the regional team develops strong local/ regional insights and marketing strategies that can effectively feed and strengthen the general fine fragrance strategies. You will lead and supervise the regional/ local implementation of those strategies with excellence managing and developing a team. You will define the marketing strategy including events throughout the year to support the differentiation of the company.

We are looking for an agile and experienced marketing leader with the ability to flexibly manage communicate and inspire at all levels internally and externally and achieve objectives within a highly creative and fast-moving team environment.
