Permanent position at Peninsula Plaza. Work hours: Mon – Fri, 9 am – 5:30 pm (Hybrid – 2–3 days work from home). Compensation: Up to $3,500 depending on experience, plus transport allowance.
Job Responsibilities - Report to Director
- Coordinate and confirm with clients to plan and confirm events
- Carry out administrative duties & tasks assigned by Director
- Attend BNI meeting as a proxy for the company when required
- Coordinate with veterinarians/ISO consultants for event participation
- Work with marketing team to ensure attendance of pet owners for events
- Assist event speakers in introducing products, conducting demos, guiding and gathering pet owners during events
- Gather list of interested pet owners who would like to try the product
- Follow up on trial of product after trial period and coordinate with logistics and billing team on outcome of trial
