PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the BDE/M and assists in the day-to-day activities involving sales activities.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Provide overall support between Business Development Executive and Operations Team
• Assist in live, incoming, and developing projects, account opening, and account management
• Assist in client interfacing such as attending briefings and aligning project-related activities
• Schedule, attend, and document meetings with support departments to cascade and align
• Assist in monitoring product and related details on the production floor
• Coordinate and ensure on-time and complete delivery of every assigned account
