Purpose: Administrate and control all Promotional and Branding items related processes and procedures. Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Monitoring, evaluation and reporting on social media platform content and engagement. Manage feedback via social media platforms, allocate to internal departments, ensure feedback to client and ensure utmost professionalism. Provide copy for social media posts. Conceptualise video content. Assist with recording of video content (sourcing talent and venues for recordings, assist with setup and coordinating the shoot, assist with review of final video).
