Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from potential beneficiaries, providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive interaction.
• Follow up with leads via email or phone to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to clients.
• Accurately record call details and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications

• With at least 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Graduate of Marketing or any related course.
• Computer Literate.
• Knowledge of handling Social Media
• Strong Analytical Skills and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized with multitasking skills
• Can start as soon as possible.
