Ideally a degree in computer studies although not essential or any; Must have knowledge of the current and relevant issues and news inside and outside the Subic Bay Freeport Zone; Strong effective and confident communicator; Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills with good interpersonal skills; Must have knowledge and basic skills in graphic designing and content management; Must have copy writing and editing skills or experience; Well organized and self-motivated individual who is adept at multi-tasking to manage workload; Attention to detail, especially in editing, proofing; Proficient computer skills-use of word, emailing or the internet etc.; Able to provide basic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance; Good analytical and problem solving skills; Proficient in Microsoft office applications etc.; Able to do other ad hoc duties as assigned.
