Bousquet Holstein PLLC is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant who will work in our Syracuse office. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of the firm’s marketing, communications, and business development efforts. The Assistant requires strong marketing instincts, a result-oriented mindset, and the highest standards for accuracy and detail. This position works directly with the Director of Marketing in a fast-paced, ambitious Marketing Department.

Salary Range: $50K – $58K

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: 

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, forwarding incoming leads to the appropriate attorneys, and handling correspondence.
