Follow-up on client leads and register clients on the Rosemark app software
Scheduling/visiting retirement homes, doctors, hospitals and any other identified referrals
Develop, plan, implement and monitor marketing campaigns
Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, press releases, media events, radio messaging, etc
Find caregivers and conduct due diligence as per mandatory requirement using the ‘blue book’. Prepare the ‘green book’ to be dropped at clients location upon registering a client
Conduct periodic field visits to observe caregivers while at work. Monitor arrivals/departure times, qualified appearance, client relationship, and match of caregiver to client. Take appropriate action in areas requiring improvement
