Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Offers & Sales Assist in preparing basic documentation for sales campaigns. Support the preparation and review of bids and tenders. Monitor helicopter sales warranties and training credits. Aid in the helicopter delivery and acceptance processes. Coordinate and schedule meetings with customers and prospects. Perform additional tasks as required by the department.

Marketing & Communications

• Analysis of helicopter fleet in the Philippines
• Research prospects and leads
• In coordination with the region, develop new marketing tools and materials
• Develop and conduct exhaustive market research analysis (EMS, O&G and Mining)
• Take lead in organizing company events
• Gather and monitor customer fleet evolution
• Analysis of competitors
• Customer relation
• Take lead in organizing customer visits at the facility
