Your key tasks will be to:
Identify strategic clients and proposals; build and maintain a healthy pipeline ensuring regular updates of the COWI Pipeline for mass transit and underground pursuitsBuild strategic, trusted customer relationships and identify substantial business potential within the infrastructure portfolioDevelop capture planning, lead teaming efforts, and oversee proposal development for key pursuits, including mass transit projects and various tunnel infrastructureProvide oversight to proposal managers and collaborate closely with project managers and regional Market Directors across the US and CanadaDefine and implement growth initiatives aligned with corporate growth objectives for infrastructure sector expansionSet annual revenue targets for the sector and ensure an adequate pipeline is identified in partnership with senior managementSupport recruitment and retention of key technical and bu...
