Build and maintain relationships with architects, consulting engineers, developers, contractors, quantity surveyors, and key industry stakeholders. 
Drive product specification and approval on commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. 
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. 
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to clients. 
Support project pipelines from specification through to project completion. 
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve business objectives. 
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness. 
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.
