We are looking for an experienced and energetic Executive / Senior Executive (Marine HR) for one of our global shipping clients. This role is responsible for supporting both seafarer recruitment and crew planning activities to ensure adequate manpower availability across the fleet. The successful candidate will work closely with manning offices, Fleet Teams, Technical Teams, and shipboard personnel to manage recruitment, crew deployment, manpower forecasting, compliance, and career development initiatives.
Plan, source and coordinate recruitment of ship staff to meet fleet manpower requirements.
Process recruitment applications for all ship staff positions, including Senior Officers and Senior Engineers.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on rank experience, vessel type experience, engine type experience, qualifications, certifications, and company requirements....
