Perform a wide variety of optical, electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, and measurement product assembly operations on assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Follow established methods and work instructions to perform wiring, component cleaning, component installation, hand soldering, and mechanical fitting of assembly units.
Perform mechanical and optical alignment activities for laser tuning and optimization.
Conduct product performance testing, including functional, leak, laser performance, and other related verification tests.
Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of product and equipment issues.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment, tools, and fixtures to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.
Support equipment calibration, ESD compliance activities, and routine workplace inspections as required.
