• Facilitating and /or coordinating technical and operational training.


• Developing and implementing CLIENT training materials/programs/manuals.


• Manage learnership programs (operations and technical trainees, EIT’s, apprentices, interns & graduates).


• Driving safer working environment through consistent safety training & improved competency in safe work procedure.


• Capture all planned / scheduled training on the HR systems and provide accurate reports.
