OA are recruiting for a Manufacturing Team Leader for a well established company in Hitchin.

Location: Hitchin

Hours: Monday to Thursday 6am-3pm. Friday 6am-11am

Starting salary: £19 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and 5S standards.
• Plan and release work orders to meet demand.
• Monitor performance against the production plan and escape issues where necessary.
• Investigate problems, carry out root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support daily SQDCG updates and track key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and support inventory control through audits and PI systems.
• Schedule raw materials using Kanban systems.
• Work with Supply Chain to prevent shortages and delivery delays. <...
