In the role you will lead manufacturing operations, provide strategic recommendations on staffing and business needs, commit to value stream accountability, lead change, develop teams, coach and train, cultivate an inclusive work environment, address ethical concerns, manage absenteeism and performance, and implement Medtronic Performance System (MPS) tools.
