Lead end-to-end operations including cutting, crimping, sub-assembly, final assembly, and inspections. Manage a large workforce across multiple shifts to achieve production targets. Ensure operational discipline, standardization, and consistent performance. Labor & Productivity Management:
Optimize manpower utilization, attendance, and skill development programs. Drive productivity improvements (JPH, labor efficiency) while maintaining safety and quality.
