Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor customer orders to ensure all pack lists and location reports are created timely.
Coordinate with outside logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements.
Follow-up of orders placed for pickup with customers.
Ensure export documents are created correctly and timely for all exports.
Exports worldwide (mostly China, South America & Canada) Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
