In this role, you will partner with plant management and finance leaders, supporting month-end close activities and plant financial reporting. Your analytical skills are essential for assisting with inventory counts, journal entries, and variance analyses to ensure accurate financial information. Key Responsibilities:
• Support pre-close and month-end close tasks for assigned plants
• Prepare operating statements with analysis for senior finance review
• Validate Bills of Material and raw material usage
• Provide financial insights to plant management for decision-making
• Monitor KPIs and compliance with plant processes
