Altro are recruiting for a Manufacturing Fabrication Team Leader to join our Value Added Services team within our Manufacturing plant based in Letchworth Garden City . This role will be working on a rotating double day shift, Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing?

The Team Leader will be responsible for the ongoing development and coaching of up to 6 Technicians on each shift. Conducting regular one to one's with team members, you will develop people plans to enable individuals to realise their full potential.
