Main Responsibilities Works directly on EPDP manufacturing design subprocess and early integration with product design teams in developing new products for general factories. Establishes processes, routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, documentation, quality plans and labor standards for revisions to new parts and/or programs. Identifies and implements cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas of limited scope. Implements new manufacturing processes and technology. Modifies existing performance pay plans and assists in development of baseline data for new wage performance pay plans. Works with electronic tools to perform engineering functions.
