Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a strong experience in electronics manufacturing processes to support production operations within a high-reliability Aerospace & Defense environment. This role will focus on optimizing manufacturing efficiency, improving quality, and supporting the transition of complex electronic products from design into production. You will be pivotal in rolling out two new 'hybrid' products for notable companies.
Responsibilities

+ Support and improve electronics manufacturing processes including PCB assembly (PCBA), cable/harnessing, and system-level integration.

+ Develop, document, and maintain work instructions, process flows, and manufacturing procedures.

+ Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles are applied to new and existing products.
