Assist Factory Manager or Manufacturing Head of Dept. in delivering the companies productivity requirements.
Managing and directing production activities within an industrial facility in the most structured, organized, effective and efficient manner.
Responsible for plant machineries and equipment to be in good condition which consists of trouble-shooting, repairs, scheduled maintenance for smooth running at all times.
Supervising, training and motivating a team of workers, reviewing worker's performance and identifying training needs. This includes cross-train workers for maximum production flexibility.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Liaise and communicate with suppliers, government authorities pertaining to factory, machinery, production and workers management whenever required. (E.g DOSH, DOE, SIRIM, etc).
