What will you be doing?

• The role involves working closely with managers to execute assigned projects and present outcomes to senior leadership. Key responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis on product defects, supporting data collection and trending, performing measurements and verification testing, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement corrective actions.
• Additionally, the role provides engineering support in material disposition, equipment set‑up, and validation activities. It involves assisting in process improvements, participating in equipment installation, and applying basic lean principles to enhance efficiency by eliminating non‑value‑added activities in manufacturing processes.
