The Role:

* Process optimization and continuous improvement to drive operational efficiency

* Project manage improvements, initiatives to improve machine shop OEE, recovery hours & reduce NCRs & tooling cost.

* Evaluating manufacturing processes. Testing new and existing production procedures

* Developing effective automated and non-automated systems

* Problem solves challenges in the manufacturing process, new product introductions, optimise CNC programs and routings.

* Review/write standard operating procedures to keep the machine shop updated on latest safe & efficient process on metal cutting....
