Assistant Director in the Accounting Department
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a varied client portfolio, fostering genuine close relationships.
- Managing accounting from start to finish: bookkeeping, review, and closing, both at our offices and at clients' premises.
- Prepare annual accounts, financial statements and reports.
- Support and advise clients on their accounting and financial challenges.
- Establish tax declarations (PM) and VAT statements.
- Manage salaries and social charges on behalf of our clients.
Your profile
- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting.
- Minimum 3‑4 years of professional experience within a fiduciary company in Switzerland.
- Good organisational skills, a sense of responsibility and ease in client relations.
- Capable of working autonomously, versatile, organised, and able to take initiative.
