Company Profile: This company is the main distributor of well-known local brands in personal care, beauty, and wellness.

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday-Saturday) | (8 am-5 pm)

Work Set Up: Work Onsite

Responsibilities

• Translate documents into English and Mandarin.
• Schedule meetings/events and take detailed notes.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
• Additional tasks will be given by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
• Graduate in a business management course or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in doing Admin-related tasks.
