Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and executive support to ensure the efficient operation of the CEO’s office. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Serve as a professional liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate key projects and follow up to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and maintain discretion at all times.
- Provide concise summaries, reports, and analyses to support the CEO’s decision-making.
