The Role
An interim transformational Managing Directors role with real scope and potential, leading a well-resourced, ambitious and high calibre senior team in the pursuit of greater market share and profitability.
Key tasks:
Developing and implementing a transformational strategy that:
* Assesses market opportunities, organisational structure and resources
* Introduces automation
* Increases productivity, quality and yield
* Introduces new product derivatives
* Grows market share and profitability.
The Person
An experienced, Managing Director with a strong manufacturing and transformational background.
Will be able to demonstrate hands on experience of organisational change, productivity improvement and new product introduction, whilst delivering high levels of customer service.
