Job Summary

This role focuses on growing PayPal's BNPL adoption among UK consumers. The incumbent works at the intersection of product, marketing, and analytics to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our Pay Later product and future BNPL offerings. The role is the voice of the consumer within the BNPL team, ensuring our products and go‑to‑market strategies resonate with target audiences.
