Responsibilities
Proactive and effective project management of high stakes cross functional initiatives complying with global best practices.
Ensure all strategic projects adhere to EPMO policies and delivery frameworks.
Maintain a consolidated, real-time view of your portfolio, providing leadership with an accurate and up-to-date picture of delivery status, resource utilization, and risks.
Prepare high-quality, decision-ready management reports and executive level updates including board materials, ExCo updates and CSO briefings.
