What you need to know about this position:


+ The Manager - System Financial Operations leads a team of 15 direct reports to manage the financial reporting and operations functions at Columbus Regional Health which includes the hospital and physician practices and its subsidiaries and other companies.

+ Reporting to the Director Sys Financial Planning & Operations, this position will accomplish objectives through leading the team, coordinating delegated tasks and applying sound principles of accounting and finance.

+ The base compensation of this position has a range of $87,692 to $146,182 and is only a portion of the total rewards package including a leadership bonus and a comprehensive benefits program. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience.
