Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Corrugated Structural Design Manager is responsible for enhancing the work environment and leading the corrugated design team to be Best in Class in the creation, innovation, and application of corrugated design elements and packaging solutions. The role ensures that the design team is an integral part of our growth strategy, working with designers, graphic artists, customer service, estimating, sales, and production teams, and interacting with clients to refine designs and troubleshoot issues.
