The successful candidates will be expected to perform the following duties: Assist in the development of the strategy and budget for the business unit in consultation with the Executive Manager. Develop supporting operational plans to ensure execution of the strategic objectives and goals. Implement the operational work plan by developing operational activities, ensuring alignment to the achievement of strategic objectives. Ensure the implementation of quality assurance initiatives to support BMA in the implementation of its strategy and achieve its objective. Monitor and continuously evaluate progress of the operational and strategic objectives. Design and implement monitoring and evaluation framework and other tools to enable accurate monitoring and evaluation of organisational programmes.
