Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Engage with customers to analyze operational challenges and propose suitable IT managed service solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, service demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.
• Support the sales team during negotiations, solution positioning, and deal closures.
• Participate in client meetings, RFP discussions, and business development activities.

Solution Architecture & Service Design

• Design service delivery solutions for:
• IT Field Support
• End User Computing (EUC)
• Network Support
• Datacenter Support
• SaaS-based Solutions
• Managed IT Services
• Develop scalable operational and support models aligned with customer requirements and SLAs.
