Drive financial performance & procurement

• Develop and manage annual budgets to operate Centres within the costs allocated.

• Track and feedback partner/supplier performance covered under centralised procurement.

• Responsible for purchases, supplier selection & renewals for decentralised procurement.

• Drive cost savings initiatives to achieve profitability per training place targets.

• Escalate contractual and performance issues with internal stakeholders.

Manage class operation

s• Oversee On-site preparations for classes to start on time. e.g. room layout, LGs, etc

.• Oversee On-site post-class activities e.g. batching, attendances, document archival, etc

.• Engage Digital Pre-Course to ensure prompt delivery of courseware and refreshments

.• Engage Digital Post-Course to ensure attendances and results are captured
